My husband was taken in yesterday for "resisting arrest" while under the influence of alcohol but they are charging him with with a felony. What steps should I take??

Hire him an attorney. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me. Unless he got released OR, I suggest you pay an attorney rather than a bail bondsman, unless you have enough money to do both comfortably. The attorney can argue at arraignment for OR or bail reduction.
