I was in jail in april, I was denied tiolet paper and water for hours. Utlimately this led to my defecating in my clothes, and later being walked in front of female inmates naked. Do I have a lawsuit, and how do I get it started? I already started the grievance process but do not know where to go from here.

How muich do you think you are entitled to get out of this case? How much do you think jury woiuld give to you for shitting in your pants and walking in front of a jury? Maybe $2000.00. Not worth an attorney's time. Sue them in Small Claims Court. You need to file a Govt claim within 6 moinths of the date of injury. Do not expect much, since you were a criminal miscreant.
