Someone tried to kill me! I have 911 Dispatch!

I want to sue the HB Police, and I believe I have a really good case.

I have the CD and transcription of the 911 Dispatch where a man I was dating tried to kill me. I still experience PTSD.

Someone tried to kill you. This is bad. And you want to sue the police. Why? Was this person a police officer?

So how is the HBPD at fault here? If you think you can sue for them not timely arriving, or for not protecting you in any way, the Supreme Court has clearly stated otherwise. Governments are 'immune' from such suits.
