Minor summons
My 17 yr. old was involved with a criminal crime and was found not guilty and now the parents are filing a civil lawsuit and he defaulted to lack of funds to obtain a attorney. What is going to happen? We have to be in court today for a case management conference what should we do?

Did you try asking your homeowners' or renters' insurance carrier to defend the lawsuit?
