can you post photos of kids without parnets permission

my landlord is making my family & i move out of his house, well before he summons me & before i even knew he wanted me out, my friend came by & said that my house was for rent, & i was like no i'm not, well she told me she was looking for a house & she came along to this one that had my house, well one of the photos has a picture with my kids in it, & i am not okay with this, so i was wondering if there is something i can do about this, it does not have our names or anything but it has our location on it.
