Protesting on Federal Property

I see people protesting all the time on

the lawn of the Federal building in Los

Angeles. I want to take a sign and go

stand there, and hand out a flyer, am I

going to get arrested?

Why don't you talk to the security guard and ask whether there's a procedure for staging a protest on the lawn. Of course, if it is opposing another protest that is going on that day, security might be a concern.
