Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I received a temporary restraining order. I was served by the girlfriend of my step son's father. She left the papers on my front porch. The claim in the order is false and will be thrown out of court because it he is stating he is intimidated by me because I stare at him and walk closely by him at a soccer game in an indoor arena. Until the court date i can not go to my son's school which my daughter goes to as well. I take my kids to school and pick them up while my wife goes to school during the morning. Now I am not allowed to do this. I can also not attend any event my son has because his father might be there. Is there any way i can counter this temporary order because it is affecting my rights.

If the court granted the temporary order, don't assume it will get "thrown out of court" at the hearing. Make sure you appear at the hearing, preferably using an attorney, and that opposing papers are filed and served within the legal time limit. Don't violate the order. It's only for about 15 days.
