Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

septic tank

the owners of the property are trying to avoid replacing a colapsed septic tank. they are installing leach lines theres only 18'' of space between the lid and the solid dirt rocks and sewage. is this leagle? so i took some pictures they flipped out and told me i had thirty days to move out. can they do that?

They are required to give you written notice. If you've lived there more than a year, then they have to give you 60 days' written notice. If this is a health or code violation, you might want to contact the responsible county or city department.
