Yes my son who is deaf, was charged with a unlawful ??? Sex offense. Around 3 years he has done everything that he was oredered to do by the court(fines, probation good ) he also tried to enroll in the classes and paid the enrollment fee and was rejected for communication reasons. And how his p.O. Recommended that he be taken off probation submitted it to the court and the judge denied it for the reason of not completing those classes. He told my son that it was my sons resonsibility to find a class and an interperter as well as the expenses i feel that since they ordered him to do that dont they have to be the ones to provides those things
