shared fence
my neighbor has a pool, I do not, while trying to get his house ready to put on the market, he decided to replace the fence. I received a letter simply stating that I WILL pay for half or he will sue me. Since he has a pooland I do not, does he have the right to sue me in civil court?

Anybody can sue anybody for anything. Winning is different. Contact a local real estate attorney to help you resolve this issue before it gets to suit, right or wrong.
