Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

A SHERIFFS deputy at Riverside/Perris dept broke into my home without a search warrant. And searched my home. while nobody was home. WHEN we arrived he was sitting in his car in front of my house. WHEN we pulled in we were searched and set on a curb. I over heard the officers talking about how hed searched my home.So I asked if he had a warrant and said to shut my mouth, he didn't need one. He released my live in boyfriend, then took me and my 4 yr old son back into the house and search it again. He called cos and had my son taken and ARRESTED me. He Said he'd found drugs in my home. After my son was taken he told me if I opened my mouth when we got to booking about him illegally searching my home, he'd make my charges worst and make sure I never see my son again. So out of fear for my son, I stayed quiet. My son was put up for adoption. With nothing left to loose now, I want to report this. He charged me with under the influence, possession, child endangerment. He claimed to have found a 30 fallen tub of weed. There was no weed found.. wouldn't he have to turn something like that into evidence? None was turned in cuz none was found.

You need a criminal defense lawyer. If you don't have one, you should request one to be appointed to you.
