can i sue if a department store wrongfully accused me of something i didnt do? can they legally detain me for more than 4hrs without police contact and no evidence found? is it legal for a male staff assit a 4yr old girl to the mens bathroom when a female staff was present at the time or myself? is it legal for them to dicuss and threatn a person in front of children even if it doesnt apply to the children.?
