If you want to sue someone and they know it,and they move how can you get legal papers to served to them?

You can hire a skip-tracer to find the person. If all efforts are documented but unsuccessful, you may apply to the court to publish the summons. Of course, if you don't know where they are and they don't participate in the lawsuit, it might be difficult to collect on a judgment you might receive.
