Auction website liability?
I want to start and auction website like ebay but I want cigars to be my niche. If people sell Cuban cigars am I still guilty of violating the trade embargo with Cuba? I am not touching the items or the money.

Yes, you're liable for trafficking in contraband. You'd have a duty to take reasonable measures to prevent such transactions, and take-down any you become aware of.
