Legal Question in Technology Law in California

I buy a laptop yesterday at a. Electronics store. But. They never. Mentioned it was gonna be. A. Refurbished. One also is not what I should get. Instead of it Windows 7 OS it cakes with a. Old win xp from 2002 .what should I do..? How. Can I. Proceed. Should I sue the store. I fell like .it was a fraud against me .please. help me

This sounds like a typical Small Claims Court matter - relatively fast, cheap and easy - but you may have problems with proof of the facts if it's your word against the store's. Hopefully you have a receipt or the like with a serial number, so the actual machine you were sold can be proven to the judge's satisfaction. Have you tried just returning it? If you sue, buy and read a self-help paperback book on California Small Claims procedures.
