Defamation on Internet

My dead Cousin's name is being raked through the mud on a site/ blog. Two living relatives quotes at time of her suspicious death in the associated articles are improperly identified -as far relation to deceased. The site contains sexual content. What can be done ?

Probably not much, since dead people can't be defamed. The relatives you mention might have been defamed, but a mere error about how they were related to the deceaced probably would not be enough. The fact that there is sexual content on the site does not change this analysis, though if some of the content relates to the relatives (or even the deceased) then there might be some basis for legal action.
