Legal Question in Technology Law in California

Email contract

I was looking on ebay for a product, and found that product with no bids, so I checked the feedback fourm to see if the were trustworthy and they were. I emailed the seller and asked them if I could just buy the product from them and they agreed and we settled on a price. I recieved their address and then emailed them and said a money order was sent to them and to email me when they recieved it. They never did. I tracked the money order and saw that they had recieved it. So I emailed them again, with my address, and told them to email me, but still no reply. What should I do to ether get the money order back or the product and is this a legal contract?

Re: Email contract

I would try to reach the seller by telephone. You won't get any help using eBay's complaint system since you dealt outside the eBay framework. The contract is probably binding under California law and could be pursued here in Small Claims Court.
