If I watch a movie (e.g. spiderman 1 or 2) (recent) from a site like daily motion, am I commiting a crime? If I watch a tv show? (e.g. 24)

I watch thru sites like peekvid. (daily motion)

If you know those sites don't have permission to show those shows, then possibly.
