Seizure of computer by federal investigators

what laws are in use when computers are seized by military

personnel without given reason for the seizure and what should the

person whose computer is seized do?

You have rights under the Federal and State constitutions against unreasonable searches and seizures. Was the seizure made pursuant to a court order? What crime are you being accused of, if any.

Is the seizure based on national security concerns?
