Re: freedom of business

The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects your right not to be deprived (by the government) of "life, liberty, or property" without "due process of law." The Fifth Amendment also provides that private property may not be taken for public use without compensation. The Third Amendment protects you from having to provide housing for U.S. soldiers in peacetime, and in wartime except "in a manner to be prescribed by law." The Fourth Amendment protects you from "unreasonable searches and seizures." The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments provide that all persons shall receive "equal protection of the law." I hope this helps.
