Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

Can I be kicked out of a restraunt (or in this case a donut shop) for staying too long (3 hours)? I buy donuts there every 2 hours or so and all the seats are empty

Yes. Businesses are private property, and they have the right to make patrons leave. In many instances they can't do this on the basis of the patron's race, religion, gender, etc., but that does not seem to be what happened here.
