Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

I have a medical canabis card to grow. I currently grow where I reside which is in my deceased grandmothers house, which is also in probate. I am in the process of buying the house from her heir children. A probate appraiser has to come and appraise the property will my grow room affect the apprasial in any way? Do I legal rights to be gowing here?

Thanks any help is greatly appreciated

Whatever else can be said about grow rooms, they stink, and they also damage houses with mold and other things. Why don't you give it a rest -- and get the stink out of the place -- before the appraiser gets there. Some judges still foam at the mouth at the mention of medical cannabis and, who knows, maybe your probate judge is one of them. Once the property is yours you can go crazy.
