Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

Myself Puspita Bhattacharya,residing at Kolkata.My question is that: my father wants to give his home to me with 50% of the total valuation of the property, the amount give it to my elder sister(we are 2child of my father & my mother died so many years ago), is this possible? my father dicision is final or not? If my elder sister does not agree with this proposal then waht is the way out, because me and my father dont want to cell the home & presently I am living with my family with my fahter also in this home? please give me the solution.

If you live in India and your father's house is also in India, then your question is about Indian law. You have posted it under California law. Few California lawyers are familiar with the laws of India. I'm afraid this is the wrong place to ask your question.
