Legal Question in Construction Law in California

Our company is the subcontractor for a larger General Contractor. The GC's supervisor on this job consistently threatens our men, and has threatened bodily harm (both in vocal and fist motions) to the owner of our company. Do we have a case to allow us to stop working on the job and still get paid for work performed, including retention?

Probably not. You have other legal options without abandoning your contract, including a workplace violence restraining order.
