Construction Time
I am having concrete put into my backyard. The concrete company began working at 5am. My neighbor called the police because of noise. Is there a time construction can start? Am I supposed to notify neighbors beforehand?

This would be governed by local ordinance, if at all. Most likely start time for noisy construction would be 7 or 7:30 a.m. weekdays. Check a local library, or on line; I've been fairly successful in finding searchable city and county ordinances on line. I think there is a blanket organization that takes responsibility for making them available. Try Google.
