Discrimination

As a general building contractor, can i be unaccepted because of auto ins. Coverage when jobs i preform are on private property

I do not understand what you are asking. An insurance company can agree not to contract with you if they wish if that is what you are asking.

Or, possibly you are asking if a private owner can disqualify you from bidding on its job because your company (or personal) vehicles aren't insured. I'd say absolutely yes, an owner can require that the contractor's vehicles be insured for liability.
