Incomplete work
We discovered a water leak in our 3 year old house. We called the builder and they finally came out put up containment barriers in our bathroom and closet in the spare bedroom did the demo then left my house with all of this stuff in the way and have not returned my phone calls in a week. What is their legal responsibility? and what can I do about this problem?

You had a one year new home warranty, so the problem is yours unless the builder will fix it voluntarily. Try to work it out with them.
