Legal Question in Construction Law in California

Medical debt collection interest

I signed an agreement at my doctors office that stated; ''If needed to employ a professional collection agency to enforce this agreement, the patient is responsible for the payment of fees, applicable interest and court costs.''

There is no percentage for interest and the hospital does not charge interest.

So my question is; How much interest can the third part collection agency charge me?

None, until judgment, if no agreement to pay same exists between you.
