Notice of completion
Where is the notice of completion filed, with the County recorders office, or with the county permit department.
If with the County recorders office, How can we find out if it has been filed.

Re: Notice of completion
Civil Code section 3093 provides that the owner shall record the notice of completion with the county recorder.
Your local recorder's office can give you tips for searching for previously-recorded documents. It will help to have both the owner's name and the assessor parcel number.
