Legal Question in Construction Law in California

Pool contractor has not completed pool

Can we post a notice in newspaper asking other people if they have had problems with this contrator to contact us? We know of 5 others who have.

Very carefully to avoid being sued for slander.

I strongly suggest you do not do that or you may be liable for defamation (libel).
