Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
accused toll both violator
I was using a toll road in southern california for years. I had a
transponder from my job which allowed me to go through the tolls.
After several years, I received a notice that I owed tolls from years prior.
The toll both company told me they had sent me numerous notices, but I
didn't receive any previous notices. Now they are coming after me
through the dmv. Are there any class actions with respect to abuse of
power by toll both collection companies? If so, where can I sign up?

not that I am aware of. You can always check classaction.com. I doubt you will find any actions pending. Good Luck
