Alarm contract
We have a security alarm contract that will renew automatically in June because we failed to give 90 day notice of intent not to renew under what I understand is an evergreen clause. Is there any way we can avert the automatic renewal at this point?

What does the contract say? You may be able to cancel it with 30 days notice even after it renews. You need to read the contract carefully.
