Appliance refund nightmare
Consumer protection law issue?
I returned new LG dishwasher to Home Depot within 30 Days They won't refund my money.
DW did not work right from beginning. Get the run-around for 2 months now. HD claims they need an RA from LG. Lg won't give RA until DW is deemend unrepairable. I don't care what they say. I don't want this DW (working or not) and returend it for a refund to HD who sold it to me.
Need info and help on how to proceed.

Soounds like you should sue both home depot and the manufacturer in small claims court
