Auto Repossession
Car paid for 4 years. Lost Job, car financing has accepted partial and sporatic payments but have threatened repossession, etc.
Does the acceptance of partial payments, indicate acceptance of different payment plan?

Don't leave your CD collection in the glovebox until and unless you have a written commitment from the lender.
