Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Billing issues and hidden fees

I contracted a moving company to move my goods. Based off of a list of my belongings, I was quoted $2379 for up to 610 cubic feet. On the truck, my goods took up 700 cubic feet. I was charge an additional $7 per cubic foot over the 610. I was not advised of this extra cost prior to this. The company told me they would need to be able to fit a 53 truck into my area for delivery. I called several days prior to delivery to try and notify them that this truck size would not fit. I didnt receive a call again until the driver called to find out where I live. I told the driver that a 53 truck would be too big. The driver told me I would have to pay for a shuttle (between $200 and $300 dollars). I was not notified of this cost initially. The driver did not deliver my goods. My goods have been placed in storage at what will eventually be at cost to myself because the delivery did not occur. The company will not return my calls about when my goods will be delivered or how much all of this is going to cost me. What can I do?
