Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
bought car that wont pass smog test.
seller said that 1992 Honda passed smog lst year, didnt need it now. I found out that it needed smogging to sell. I tested, has bad cylinder & won't pass. Seller refuses to return money
also- is there a 3 day grace period on buying used cars privately? Today is the 3 rd day. Please advise as to what I can do now.
