Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

breach of contract

I hired a wedding photographer about 2 years ago. It has been 6 months since the wedding and I haven't heard from him since. He still owes me 3 albums and prints of my pictures. I found a second website (different name) a month ago with my pictures all over it. I believe it is the same person. I spent a few days calling and emailing that website until I finally got a response from my original photographer. He told me he had financial troubles but my album would arrive in 3-4 weeks. That was a month ago. Tonight I discovered that the second website has been suddenly deactivated, just like the first. What are my options (I've contacted the DA, attorney general, and Consumer Affairs)?

Re: breach of contract

So what, you are going to do nothing and wait for the statute of limitations to expire? Wait too long and you won't be able to sue him anymore. The DA, attorney general, and consumer affairs are not interested in your problem. Sue the bozo. Hope you downloaded some of the pix.
