Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I need a California attorney to write me an attorney review letter in regards to my website. The name of my company is called Vet Risk its where veternarians can list all there clients payment history, To see if they pay good, late or not at all, username & passwords are just giving out to liscensed veternarians. On their paper work that the client signs when the clients pet is treated it has to state "That their payment information is shared with other vetenarians" Please return my email I'm looking to pay for you time.

What are you looking for the review letter to state? The lawfullness of the site? Will this go to other vets? It will, of course, require research prior to writing. Very clever idea for the webiste.

What you are trying to do is stand up a credit reporting agency, you should research laws including the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

I agree with Mr. Stone. You will be subjecting yourself to all the laws and regulations governing the big credit reporting agencies. You need more legal work to set that up properly than just a letter.
