Car carpet ruined by seeping decomposed turkey juice purchased at Safeway Store
Help.. brought a decomposing turkey from s.....y supermarket, ruined my carpet in backseat area. Mgr. o.k'd professional, initial and re-cleaning to carpet via phone where he was told by carpet professional that if the two treatments failed, the carpet would have to be removed
Mgr. agreed. Now 3 months later, s.....y won't pay the bills for attempted cleaning, nor one of two estimates for carpet replacement. When it is hot the smell in my car escalates to sicking. Please advise me.

Get quotes as to the cost of carpet replacement, and sue them in small claims court.
