my new RV camper is falling apart. its an 04' the outside is delaminating due to poor workmanship. dealer says ''thats not covered'' the mfg.er went bankrupt new owners took oevr and the same dealer still sells them ?????

The dealer is likely liable under an implied warranty of fitness or merchantability. Dealers usually have an insurance policy to cover negligence in making repairs.
