Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Company Canceled my Order due to wrongly advertised price

I ordered a printer online and enetered all information (including Credit Card Number) through there automated online system. I recieved an email the next day stating that they were cancelling my order because the price of the item was incorrectly priced on the internet. Although nothing was charged to my credit card, they did supply me with a reciept of confirmation which listed all items, including shipping on it. Can they legally cancel my order because of a price error on their part?

Thanks,

Re: Company Canceled my Order due to wrongly advertised price

You may be able to argue that you accepted their offer and a contract then exists. File small claims action if they do not cooperate.
