Contractual disagreement
I entered into a contract with a company that provided a money back guarantee...I tried to exercise my rights to my money back when the program did not furnish what it promised...they DO agree I am due a refund..however..they are trying to tell me there is a non-refundable $275.00 ''setup fee'' and are only offering me a PARTIAL refund of my original $589.00 membership fee but nowhere in their written contract is there ANY mention of said ''setup fee''..so..am I entitled to a FULL refund?...am I legally obligated to pay the alleged ''setup fee'' even though there was absolutely NO mention of it verbally nor in the written contract?

If you have a written agreement that says you're entitled to a money-back guarantee, that's what you should get.
