Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Can I create a webpage and post pictures of the shoddy, incomplete work a contractor did on my property? I paid him in full for the work because he was in a financial bind and refuses to complete the job. Can I also post the court records of me suing him and the anticpated judgement on the internet? The purpose of this is to have the webpage come up whenever someone does an internet search for this person's name.

If you hired a licensed contractor, take it up with the Contractor's State License Board. If he was unlicensed at any time during the work, sue him and you'll get back all the money you paid him. Don't give him a reason to sue you for libel or defamation.
