Customer Service Log

A phone company logs, records, and or monitors all customer service calls. If the customer requests that info, (history of customer service calls) to help build a case for a dispute, is the company allowed to withold that info form the customer or are they legally obligated to share that info to the customer?

Re: Customer Service Log

It depends. Are you in litigation? In other words, has a lawsuit been filed. If so, then they may have to produce it if you have requested it properly. If there is no lawsuit, then they probably do not have to produce it. If you are in litigation and you want it, you should search "demand for production of documents" or "request for production of documents"
