Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Defect in wood flooring installation

Last year I had my entry way at home remodeled and ceramic floor removed and wood floor installed. The installer who is a lisenced general contractor acknowledged that the concrete slab was not level at some points across the surface. When he gave me his estimate he said that he would re-level the concrete before installing the wood planks. A few months after the work was done I noticed the wood planks were lifting up over the areas where the concrete floor was uneven. Since the wood planks are interlocked the planks that were once intact over level parts of the concrete floor are now separating from the adhesive between the concrete and the wood planks and are now also lifting upward. What can I do?
