Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I had a DVD player in my car. I was shown and told the player would be a NEW 8 inch screen. After installation, I noticed the demo model was gone. Come to find out it was installed in my car. A used/demo was installed not the new model...What is my recourse? They said they would replace it but you can see why I don't really like that option.
