Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

finance contract

I recently bought a car, and signed a contract for financing the purchase on September 1, 2005. Today, September, 29, 2005, I was told that the finance company is recinding their offer to finance the car that I bought, almost 20 days after signing the contract. As I was looking at my contract, i noticed the recind clause, but it stated 10 days after the contract was signed. What legal recourse do I have?

Re: finance contract

Get a lawyer to write them a letter refusing to return the car and threatening a lawsuit if they repo it.
