Goods ordered-not received
I ordered a camera through an
internet site. When my box arrived
there were some items
(accesories), but no camera, no
charger, and no battery pack.
Upon calling the company they
said I may be responsible for the
charges. How can this be when
the items that were supposed to
be sent were not complete (with
the main item missing)? Aside
from filing a dispute with my
credit card company, is there
anything else I can do? Is this
considered fraud? Thank you!
