Do I have to pay?

Someone sent me something which I did not request. Am I obligated to pay for the item?

Not if you send it back. If you keep it, you have to pay for it.

Please call or email me. No charge. I have a few questions. One is whether you had a previous relationship with the company. In other words, did you order anything from the company in the past? Even if you did, you may not be responsible for paying anything. Did you receive an invoice? I would like to see it. Again, no charge.
