US Postal and Lottery Laws
Got what looks like a chain letter. They state if you send $1 to 7 people and the letter to 200 people (from a mailing list data base) you could make thousands of dollars. It says because with the dollar you say ''add me to your mailing list'' it's ok. Seems illegal to me. My friend says it's ok. Who is right?
